How to add photos to a Nikon pix s200 camera/Transcend SD memory card? - transcend sd

OK, so I have a Nikon Coolpix S200 and unintentionally, I have some pictiures outside and have no idea how to get there again. I tried to put the SD card from Transcend in my computer, but if I did not I read the computer for some reason can not find the icon file in my computer .. Please help thank you
